But it doesn't have to work this way
Once upon a time, I mistook being good at the work for being ready for it.
Let's start with the fun stuff… I like a little risk and a lot of movement. I've worked globally, and Lahore will always be home. I spent two years building a skincare line! I've been President of a Rotary Club, and of an Inner Wheel. I collect how people work. (I see workplaces as maps of what people believe about themselves, not org charts.)
My professional background is in regional training and brand marketing. I've worked across Lahore, Islamabad, Greece and Kuala Lumpur.
When I took the L'Oréal role at twenty-six, I thought I was building a marketing career, trained 1,000+ stylists right across Punjab, took the region to ninety percent penetration, and won awards.
Ran the training floor and stayed behind after it emptied more often in a month than I had planned in a year. I found that, whatever the agenda said, the real conversation started afterwards. Every time.
I took the Revlon job, and then the Wella job. I founded Aura, and then I founded Skin Works, and learned precisely what it costs to be the person everybody else depends on.
I was competent. Repeatedly. What I was not, for a long stretch of it, was certain — and nobody teaches that part.
So I dug in… I went and got qualified properly, because good instincts cannot be taught. (Gulp!)
I took the ICF credential, NLP mastery, thirteen further certifications and a doctorate.
I moved to Malaysia, where organisations treat leadership development as an investment rather than a perk, and where I could stop explaining what coaching was.
Today, I coach C-suite executives through career transition at Korn Ferry and Hudson, because… well… it's the conversation I was always having anyway.
I sit with people during the worst week of their professional life fairly often — and eighty percent of them are placed inside six months. That still matters.
I just don't want anyone guessing that long again.
I want to work in a better working world, where readiness is built deliberately rather than discovered painfully.
And I want to help you do exactly that.

I have an unusual blend of commercial judgement and behavioural rigour, cultivated through nineteen years of regional training, brand leadership and executive transition work, as well as 9,000+ delivered workshops and coaching engagements.
Which means I can usually tell, within a single conversation, whether what stands in your way is a skill you haven't built, a system nobody explained, or a story you have quietly outgrown.

I'm evidence-led, working with behavioural assessment, 360-degree feedback, NLP technique and CBT-based mindset practice.
